1. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Deluxe Holidays.
- A minimum deposit (usually 30–50%) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Final payment must be made within the time frame communicated via email or WhatsApp.
2. Payment Terms
- We accept payments via bank transfer, cash deposit, and select digital payment gateways.
- Full payment must be completed before departure; failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
- Late payments may incur penalties or additional processing charges.
3. Pricing and Inclusions
- Tour prices are quoted in PKR or USD and may vary based on exchange rates.
- Inclusions are specified in each package (e.g., accommodation, transfers); anything not explicitly mentioned is excluded.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, airfare changes, or supplier updates.
4. Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) and are subject to supplier terms.
- Booking deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days after cancellation confirmation.
5. Changes and Modifications
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Any modification request must be made at least 10 days before departure.
- Deluxe Holidays reserves the right to substitute hotels or services of equal value due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Travel Documents and Visas
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and necessary visas.
- Deluxe Holidays offers visa assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval.
- Failure to obtain a visa does not entitle the client to a refund.
7. Compliance with International Laws and Regulations
- Travelers must comply with the immigration, customs, and local laws of each destination.
- Deluxe Holidays is not liable for legal issues resulting from non-compliance.
8. Prohibited Substances and Items
- Carrying banned or illegal substances may result in arrest or deportation.
- Declaring prohibited or restricted items is the traveler’s responsibility.
9. Traveler Conduct and Code of Behavior
- Respect for cultural norms and local laws is expected from all travelers.
- Unruly or offensive behavior towards anyone may lead to immediate removal from the tour.
- Alcohol and smoking must align with local regulations.
10. Health, Safety, and Insurance
- Travelers must be medically fit and follow health protocols of destination countries.
- Travel insurance covering health, trip cancellations, and personal belongings is strongly recommended.
- Deluxe Holidays is not liable for medical emergencies or losses during the trip.
11. Flights and Airlines
- We act as an agent for airlines; delays, cancellations, or schedule changes are managed by the airline.
- Any additional charges from flight changes are the client’s responsibility.
- Clients must reconfirm flights at least 72 hours before departure.
12. Responsibility and Liability
- Deluxe Holidays acts as an intermediary and is not liable for service failures by third-party suppliers.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by force majeure (e.g., weather, political unrest).
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for specific services.
13. Use of Images and Testimonials
- Photos or videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes.
- Testimonials may be featured on our website unless you request otherwise.
- We do not share personal data with third parties without your consent.
14. Website and Content Use
- All content on deluxeholidays.com is owned by Deluxe Holidays and may not be reused without permission.
- Users must not post or transmit harmful, defamatory, or illegal content via our site.
- We reserve the right to update content and policies without prior notice.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
- Disputes will be handled by courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
- Clients agree to attempt mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
